Ine Sajjarah is an independent artist and designer creating original fine art, textile-based works, and interior surface designs.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These terms are intended to ensure clarity, transparency, and a respectful relationship between artist and client.

1. Overview

All artworks are original and handmade.
Natural variations in texture, color, scale, or stitching are inherent to the artistic process and are considered part of the work’s character, not defects.

2. Original & Handmade Works

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment is required before shipment

  • Commissioned works require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production

Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes unless explicitly stated.

3. Orders & Payments

Worldwide shipping is available. All artworks are carefully packaged according to their medium and size.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Original Paintings
Original paintings are professionally packed in custom- built wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.
All original artworks are shipped ready to hang and are never rolled due to the textured surface and material integrity.
Shipping costs are calculated based on artwork size, destination, insurance, and crate dimensions.
Worldwide shipping is available.

Modular Paintings
Modular artworks are packed as a complete set in custom wooden crates designed specifically for each installation.
Shipping fees are quoted according to destination and total crate dimensions.

Punch Needle Textile Art
Punch needle artwork are carefully packed and shipped ready to hang.
Smaller works are protected in reinforced boxes, while large works may require custom packaging depending on size.
International shipping available.

Hand Quilting
Hand-quilted works are carefully folded or rolled, depending on size and shipped using protective materials.
Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

Prints

  • Ships within 7 business days

  • Free USA shipping on print orders over $100

  • Small prints ship flat; larger sizes ship rolled

  • Framed prints ship ready to hang in a sturdy cardboard box


Interior Surface (Fabric & Wallpaper)
Interior surface works are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Production timelines vary depending on scale and project requirements.
All materials are carefully packaged and shipped rolled to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated based on size, quantity, and destination.
For large-scale or commercial projects, shipping and delivery are coordinated on a case-by-case basis.
Installation is ot included unless otherwise agreed.

Insurance
All original artworks are shipped fully insured.
Buyers will receive tracking information once the shipment has been dispatched.

4. Shipping & Tracking

Due to the nature of original, handmade, and made-to-order works:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted

In the rare event of shipping damage:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographs of the artwork and packaging

Artworks are insured during transit when applicable.
Refunds, repairs, or replacements are subject to courier claim approval.

5. Returns, Refunds & Insurance

We are happy to assist with courier investigations.
However, Ine Sajjarah is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Courier handling errors

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses were provided at checkout

6. Lost Packages

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in artwork or shipping costs.

7. Customs & Duties

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Ine Sajjarah.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright.
Collectors may display artworks in private or commercial interiors, but may not reproduce, license, or use images commercially without written permission.
Licensing and commercial usage inquiries are handled separately.

Commissions are accepted selectively and must align with the artist’s visual language.

  • Timelines, scope, and fees are agreed upon in writing

  • One minor revision may be included during the concept stage

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees

Trade, hospitality, and commercial projects are subject to separate agreements.

Personal information collected through this website is used solely for order processing, communication, and project coordination.
Your information will never be sold or shared beyond what is necessary to fulfill services.
