Each commission is approached as a considered collaboration, responding to space, material, and context to create a one-of-a-kind work developed specifically for its setting.
Available for fine art works, textile and interior surface projects, and site-responsive pieces.
COMMISSION
1. Initial Inquiry
Please share a brief overview of your project, including intended space, approximate dimensions, timeline, and budget range.
2. Consultation
A conversation to understand spatial context, materials, and artistic direction. References, scale considerations, and overall atmosphere will be discussed.
3. Proposal & Quote
A tailored proposal outlining concept, materials, dimensions, timeline, and pricing will be provided. Final concept approval is required before production begins.
4. Confirmation
The commission is secured with a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Production begins upon confirmation.
5. Creation Process
The work is developed with careful attention to material, surface, and proportion. Progress updates may be shared at key stages when appropriate.
6. Completion & Delivery
The completed work is then reviewed, documented, and prepared for shipping or installation, depending on the project.
HOW THE COMMISSION WORKS
Approval
Once the concept, composition, and materials are approved, the work enters production. Changes after this stage will be limited to preserve the integrity of the process
ADDITIONAL SECTION
Timeline
Each commission follows a tailored timeline based on scale and materials. Typical production ranges from several weeks to a few months. Final schedules are confirmed before production.
Revisions
Limited revisions are included during the concept phase. Once production begins, revisions are minimized to maintain the integrity of the work.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping or installation.
Shipping & Installation
Shipping costs are calculated separately and depend on size, destination, and handling requirements. Installation support may be discussed for site-specific projects.
Copyright
All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of the artist. The artist retains the right to document and reproduce the work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Variations
Each commissioned work is created through a handcrafted process. Subtle variations in texture, tone, and material are inherent and contribute to the uniqueness of the work.
Concellation & Unforeseen Circumstances
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the artist is unable to complete the commissioned work, the client will be notified promptly.
In such cases, the client may choose between :
1. a full refund of the deposit, or
2. rescheduling the commission to a later date, if possible.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission before completion under exceptional conditions.
